Funds raised in the 2023-24 school year allowed former Principal Rafferty to fund two Educational Assistant positions in 2024-2025, filled by our amazing EA's serving all grade levels. Funds raised also kept music programming full time, and closed the funding gap to keep a full-time office assistant. Your donations make a huge impact at Duniway!

Please donate online, or bring a check made out to Duniway Foundation to the school office. Online donation allows us to reach a much wider audience than in prior years and we encourage you to forward this to other family members, friends, or business leaders.
How Much Should I Give?

Please consider donating as generously as you can. Many families make a gift equal to the value of one week's tuition for summer camp. Others give the cost of eating one family dinner out. In last year's campaign, our average donation was almost $250. Across our school community, some families are able to donate more, some less.

We would like every family to participate during the campaign. You do not have to donate to participate! If you are not able to donate this year, submit the Participate form to log your support for the Foundation. The classroom in each grade with the most participation will receive a popsicle party!

In spring 2024, the PPS School Board passed a resolution requiring that PPS staffing funds be collected in a single districtwide pool. School foundations, including the Duniway Foundation, are no longer able to fundraise for PPS staff. Instead, we are working hand-in-hand with the PTA and focusing on the enrichment programs parents and teachers asked for in our survey this year: STEM, math, reading, the arts, and helping teachers get more uninterrupted student time. All of your dollars donated to the Foundation will stay at Duniway. Donors wishing to give to the school district should give directly to the Fund for PPS through their website. We encourage parents to also consider giving to the school district this year!
